Private park information

WWCC Private Park is a 15-acre private exercise area designed to accommodate both small and large dog breeds. The park is fully enclosed with 1.9-metre deer fencing around the entire perimeter and is suitable for dogs of all sizes. Owners of miniature or small breed dogs should be aware that some dogs may be able to fit through the fencing; in these cases, the use of a long line is recommended.

The park is situated within an active rural working environment. You may see people on the driveway, stables, around our home etc. No people will be in the private park area during your booking - just you and your dog. We have livestock in surrounding paddocks to your designated area. Dogs not used to stock, must be kept on a lead at all times when in raceway or walking past stock.

Please note that stock worrying by dogs is an offence under the law. Compliance with these requirements is essential to ensure the safety of livestock, dogs, and all park users.

Prohibited items on our grounds:

No glass containers are to be bought into our area.  Please bring water/drinks in plastic containers only.
No smoking anywhere at all times.  Cigarette butts pose a significant fire risk in rural areas.
No barbeques, knifes, or glass is allowed on our property.

All dogs must be monitored at all times.  No dogs are to be left without supervision.  Do not let dogs dig at fences.

Access and Parking

Access to WWCC Private Park is via the driveway of our private residence. All visitors must park behind the stables and behind the metal gate provided. There is parking available for up to two vehicles.

After parking, please close the metal gate to securely enclose your vehicle. This allows you to safely unload your dog without being on the active driveway.
Please do not park on the driveway or in front of the stables at any time, as these areas must remain clear for property access and safety.
A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted for any booking.

Arrival & Exit

There is a 15-minute buffer period between bookings. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your booking start time.

We carefully schedule bookings to prevent overlap and to minimize triggers for reactive dogs. Please ensure you leave promptly at the end of your booking. This allows for a 10-minute safety buffer in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
