WWCC Private Park – Terms & Conditions

By booking at WWCC Private Park, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
 

1. Liability

No liability or responsibility will be accepted by the landowner(s) or business owners for any damage or injury sustained to property, individuals, or animals while using WWCC Private Park facilities or while on the property.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owner’s risk. No responsibility will be taken for damage or accidents.
Any breakages or damage to the facility, property, or equipment must be paid for by the dog owner.
 

2. Dogs

All dogs attending WWCC Private Park must meet the following requirements:

• Be over 4 months of age

• Be registered with their local council and display a valid registration tag

• Be up to date with all vaccinations, including Kennel Cough

• Be regularly treated for internal and external parasites

• Be free of illness or disease at the time of attendance

Dogs that bark excessively are not suitable to attend WWCC Private Park. Clients are responsible for managing noise levels and being respectful of neighbouring properties.
 

3. Clients

All clients attending WWCC Private Park must comply with the following:

• Follow all instructions issued by WWCC Private Park via email, text message, website, and on-site signage

• Bookings must be made by persons over 16 years of age

• Children under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or caregiver
  Water Safety:

There is a stream on the property which may pose a hazard to children and animals. All pets and children must be supervised at all times and kept within arm’s reach while in or near the water.
Clients are responsible for monitoring their dogs and companions and acting promptly if assistance is required. Learning basic first aid and CPR is strongly recommended.

• Use of the park is for passive recreation only

• WWCC Private Park is a smoke-free environment

• No glass, barbecues, or knives are permitted on the property

• Clients must be respectful and polite at all times—there is zero tolerance for abuse or aggression
   

4. Equipment

All equipment is designed for dog use only (excluding seating). Any damage must be reported immediately, and clients will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Clients acknowledge that the facility and parking areas are monitored by surveillance equipment.
 

5. Bookings

All bookings must be made through the online booking system and must be pre-paid.
 

6. Payment

All payments are processed through the online booking system.
 

7. Rescheduling Bookings

Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the booking time.
To reschedule a booking, please contact us.
 

8. Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours prior to the booking time without a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior are not eligible for a refund. If you cancel a booking and are seeking a refund, please contact us as our website does not do automatic refunds when booking is cancelled through your account.
Late arrivals will not receive time extensions or refunds (partial or full).
 

9. Withdrawal of Facility

WWCC Private Park reserves the right to withdraw the facility from booking without notice and to change availability at any time. Due to weather conditions and rural access, the park may occasionally be unavailable. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule affected bookings.

10. Withdrawal of Service

WWCC Private Park reserves the right to decline or withdraw access to any client at its discretion. Clients who fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or posted notices will have access withdrawn.
 

11. Site Access

Clients agree to follow all guidelines, information, and notices relating to site access and security.

 

12. Waste

 

Clients agree to pick up and remove all waste produced by their dog or attendance.
 

13. Code of Ethics

Clients agree to treat all users and dogs with respect. Harsh handling will not be tolerated.
 

14. Hazard Information

Clients use WWCC Private Park at their own risk and agree to familiarise themselves with published hazard information. WWCC Private Park accepts no liability as outlined in Section 1. Any identified hazards must be reported immediately.
